My complaint:
Littery every time I go to order a smoothie or frappe they always say the machine is down it doesn’t matter what time. The day is. I ordered curbside for the first time and was told once again machine was down I ask for my refund and they stated I have to do it myself on the app I tried and there is no option for a refund on the app. It’s ridiculous I literally go to this McDonald’s once or twice a week and i love McDonald’s frappe and smoothies but they never have. And now I have paid for 2 smoothies and never received a refund
Suggested solution:
Would like to have my refund and if the machine is going to stay down what advertisement on the menu
