My complaint:
Iv used this McDonald’s regularly after I get my shopping but since covid Iv been 3 times first time I got my food i couldn’t get the food I wanted as they didn’t have in stock and I changed and got my food it wasn’t hot enough especially the mc chicken sandwich , I let it go and went again again they had ran out of the burger my son wanted so went for an alternative and surprise the milk shake machine wasn’t working didn’t complain and tonight again didn’t have the burger with the bacon on it again so went for another and pulled out my son took his chips out they were cold I was so annoyed I drove back and said they told me to wait and they made fresh chips again by the time I got them the rest of the order was cold , I will definitely not go back as always something wrong
Suggested solution:
Make sure they are checking temps as if the chips are cold how do I know the meat is not being kept at the correct temperature
