My complaint:
I ordered paid for a LARGE Frappe. I received a LARGE CUP, but it was only filled up a little over half way. So i didn’t get what I paid for. I basically paid for a LARGE CUP medium Frappe. If there was even that much in the cup to amount to a medium. I don’t have much time in the AM to deal with issues like this. I have to be at work very early. So I had to just head on to work and deal with getting ripped off.
Suggested solution:
I should either get a refund or a free LARGE FRAPPE. I never do these complaint things. But i felt like they figured I wouldn't notice it was very shy of being a LARGE. And that made me feel very belittled.
