My complaint:
Went to macdonalds tonight at thetford and went through the drive through and was asked to park in bay 1 we were sitting there for 30 minutes and when i went up to the window i was told that they had given my food the someone else there was no apology or anything by the member of staff!! And i was made to wait in bay 1 for a further 10 minutes when they sorted out my order
