My complaint:
06182022 I Made 3 different orders One at 2:05.56Pm, order number was 1620, order French fries with no Salt. 2nd order was 2:11.14 order number was 1625 Chicken sandwich. 3rd was drink and sundae, order was in store order number 227 time 2:12pm.
I was upset that I was there 15 minutes waiting for my order and they were unorganized. They put salt on fries and they had to recook fries after Esperaza ate fries while preparing fries. This practice is very unsanitary and be reported to safety inspectors as well. That is another step to take. To avoid getting sick. Customer were behind me received their food be for me, considering I had three orders. So even if
fries were being redone I should received other orders before other and total wait was 20 minutes. Which should of been maximum 5 to 10 minutes. I was very upset as well as many other at store. Other were yellowing at workers demanding their money back! because of eating on the floor, Store was closed after all they incidences and doors locked.
