My complaint:

Re: order No. 11 at 12:39 PM in the amount of 50.47 on May 1, 2020 at store No. 4698. Included in our order there were 3 Big Macs and the three people who consumed the Big Macs came down with food poisoning, including diarrhea, stomach pain and vomiting. With Covid-19 we were advised by a local hospital to stay home unless we felt a life-threatening situation. We stayed home and used over-the-counter medication; however, for over 72 hours all 3 members of the family consuming the Big Macs had a horrible, unacceptable experience! The two McDonalds in our area are the one mentioned here, and the other on 29015 Newport Road, Menifee, CA, which is about the worst of your stores, as far as customer service is concerned and food quality and hygiene. Both stores make errors on orders and you can see how they deliver to the wrong vehicles, let the occupants go through them and then they take it to you as if they had never been trained in food handling. Your commercial are really good; however, they misrepresent your real world performance to the point of marketing fraud! Covid-19 is consuming our lives without your nauseating, unacceptable service. No need to add insult to injury! Receipt 1311 on 5120 for $50.47

Suggested solution:

At least a refund of $50.47 is in order. I will let the expert quantify the sickening experience of 3 individuals suffering from diarrhea, pain and vomiting for over 72 hours!

3 years ago - In addition to improper food handling and hygiene, the store on 29015 Newport Road, has dedicated like a parking area for about 8 to 10 vehicles for folks going through the Drive-Thru. Apparently, the stores must be on a clock to deliver orders within the time the space cadets at McDonalds have assigned; consequently, since the store opened there hasn't been one order delivered at the window, we have always been asked to park and wait for an order, which is wrong a substantial number of times and one, which may be handled by the occupants of the car where the order was erroneously delivered. I am glad the space cadets at McDonalds don't work for Boing!
