My complaint:
I’m putting this complaint in for the simple reson just eat delivery 2 delivery’s on 2 occasions to my home address from McDonald’s and my food was cold on both times and first order myself and grand children got food poisoning and just eat is refusing to refund me on both occasions the food arrived cold the first order number is 58233463 on the 13th September 2023 2)order was 28thseptember order number is 71296042 I want refund they no ifs or butt’s about it
