My complaint:
I go to this McDonald’s every night after work there is a black elderly woman taking orders I was in the line I know 25 minutes at the window to get my order I was there for 10mins while my nuggets FREASHLY cooked sit on the counter waiting for a spicy chicken sandwich that was burt and flat. I ordered 2 medium fry I only received one. I’m a very patient person. The Manager came to the window very rudely Ma’am I’m not giving you a free fry I never ask for anything free after sitting there now for 15min while there line was around the building that was uncalled for I don’t need anything free. He stuck his head out the window at me RUDE PLAIN RUDE
Suggested solution:
All he had to do is go to the back register pay for my fry bring my fry and its done not be rude and smack his hands and yell at me.
