My complaint:
My husband is a truck driver who travels nationwide through United States. During this COVID-19 pandemic, he is considered an Essential Worker , which he transports food to super markets. He on numerous occasions has tried to order food through the drive thru, but because he has an 18 wheeler, his only option is to either walk in to restaurant, which is closed or starve. It would be nice, if McDonald’s would give the truck drivers consideration and allow them to walk up to drive-thru to order food. It’s bad enough that my husband has to risk his health, just so others can have their food and necessities.
Suggested solution:
allow truck divers to be able to walk up to drive thru window to order food.
Yes… exceptions for such situations should be made during covid times
