My complaint:

Drive-thru attendant did not take our family’s order ly when we arrived at drive-thru lane 1. Service should be provided as first come first served. The attendant at window was unapologetic and told us she is only responsible for her drive thru lane 2. Service was not or friendly at McDonald’s Restaurant24536. I asked the gentleman who handed me our food if the shift manager was working this evening and was told, yes. I explained I would call to speak with the shift manger regarding the service received at drive-thru Lane1 at 6:25pm this evening. I called the Mc.Donald’s located at: 2312 Westchester Drive, HighPoint NC 27262. Phone (336) 889-6966 and the tele number rings fast busy, no answer to discuss service my family received today. Also completed the satisfaction service which I have never done due to the level of service me and my kids received today as we waited to order 2 small fries and McChicken sandwich. The service was so upsetting for me that we should have been offered the small order for no charge.

Suggested solution:

I would like to speak directly with the franchise owner for Mc.Donald's store24536. The gentleman who handed me our order was wearing a black striped shirt. His uniform looked different than the other employees. He did not offer any apology but seemed dismissive and uncaring regarding the service my family received using drive-thru lane 1.We should have been offered a complimentary meal due to the the upset caused for my 3 children who just wanted their small fries and mc.chicken sandwich.
