My complaint:
now that you have gone to taking credit cards only inside has become one of your biggest blunders. I don’t have a credit card and don’t have the time it takes to go thru the drive thru. rarely are there any less than 10 cars in line. what used to take a few minutes now takes a minimum of 20 minutes or more for each order. i have been to 3 stores only to fine the same process. but one in particular is at zip 85338. the customer service has become rude and borderline nasty. today i found the customer service with the attitude of SORRY, WE’RE OPEN,
you have lost me as a customer!!!!!
Suggested solution:
open up the registers and educate the staff on customer service
