My complaint:

On 9-29-21 @approx 1330 I ordered 40 mcnuggets and 2 medium fries. After paying I proceeded to the next window to pick up. After 5 minutes they asked me to move to the side, with no explanation. I waited and waited. I started counting the cars that were behind me as they received their food. Six cars went on to receive their food when finally they brought me my order. I told the person that the service was bad because I waited to long without an explanation and six cars that were behind me received their food much faster. All the employee did was say I’m sorry while she walked away. Needless to say I was not very happy.

Suggested solution:

I should have been given an explanation while at the second pickup window as to why I was asked to move to the side. Just a simple explanation. And the employee should never walk away saying , I'm sorry and not facing the customer.
