My complaint:

Terrible, Disrespectful behavior from management Erika Wilson, its beyond sad that a manager can behave this way! My 16 yo Son Was informed by the Mcdonalds online interview app that he had an interview at this location for a Pt Position at 10am, Once we arrived, we inform the nice young lady that we were here for a 10 am interview and were not sure with who, the young lady turned around and informed Erika Wilson of the interview! Erika Manager Then says in a DIRTY disrespectful and very nasty way I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT AN INTERVIEW SO THEY WILL JUST NEED TO COME TUESDAY SOMETIME!I asked the young lady what the lady’s name was, and she told me Erika, I asked could i speak to her after she was done Slinging a customer order just like it was garbage! She then said, SHE WILL HAVE TO WAIT That was just fine with me! She then came over and i apologize for bothering her with an interview but i just was coming based off of what the app told me, i also informed her that customer service should be her number one thing and it’s really sad how she acts, and she told me WELL IM SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY! THATS JUST WHO I AM with uneducated hand motion! SAD! TRAIN HER BETTER!!!

Suggested solution:

TRAIN - MAKE HER TAKE A FEW CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES, LEAVE WHATEVER IS BOTHERING HER AT THE DOOR ONCE SHE CLOCKS IN!!!! MAYBE GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !
