My complaint:
I am a man that does not have a vehicle so I can’t go through the drive-thru and they decided to close the inside ordering at 9 p.m. and here it is 9:30 right now and they wouldn’t let me in to make an order to eat and I am homeless so therefore I want to file a complaint against the manager that was working on Sunday October 24th and denied my ordering inside so that way I could eat!!!!
Suggested solution:
Punish that was working night shift Sunday October 24th by either suspending her moving her down in rank or firing her and also making it to where if a manager closes the inside Area before 10 they get fired and I would also like a $10 voucher because I was not able to eat tonight because I only had enough to get a McDouble and a drink and wasn't able to go to a gas station or anything to get food because I didn't have enough money!!!!
