My complaint:
I have visited Barnsley McDonald’s, I felt very uncomfortable, especially with all your delivery drivers sat all over, looking people up and down, especially women, two young teenagers walked in they looked them up and down, it’s intimidating, for everyone, them standing there, at one time there were 7 drivers sat around waiting, why can’t they wait i there cars till the order is ready or have a staff room for your drivers, it’s not fair to customers, it’s not only happening in Barnsley it’s all over, it’s not fair that this is happening, if nothing happens I am going to take this further , as it’s so intimidating
Suggested solution:
Have a staff waiting room , or ask these drivers to stay in there cars till there orders are ready
