My complaint:

On june 6 2020 at 9:51am , i place an order drive thru , i got the wrong meal and plus missing one item. I told the attendant that my order wasn’t complete and they called a manager name Sandra .i tried to explain the situation and she keeps talking without letting me explain she cutt me off in a very nasty maner ; i told her it was their mistake she should be more curteous instead of cutting me off every time that i tried to talk .she said replied is not my mistake. Than i said now you have people behind me and now i have to wait. But this is 3rd time that this happened at same location with this person she has no personality to deal with customers i am 73 years old my sister that was with me that morning she is 80 and she said the previous week she had the same problem with her because she answers back to her about coffe that they didn’ t include with the order !

Suggested solution:

I think you should have a better training and hire educated people with better customer skills to be respectful , that's all you need to do. Because one unhappy customer will tell 7 or more customers!
