My complaint:
I ordered an icecream cone. I gave the girl a $20 bill. When she returned my change she didn’t count it out…I had to as she stared at me. Then I waited while the manager discussed a housing deal with her friend. When I received the cone it was melting and all distorted. She told me to be careful because it was soft and melting. I asked her why and she said she didn’t know and was going to check on it. I didn’t enjoy the cone. I had to take bites off so it didn’t fall on the floor. I stood in the lobby and ate it. I should have asked for my money back and had her keep the cone. You have lost my business. I was customer 122 and was at the busness April 22 at 12:48
