My complaint:

On 42520 I went to purchase food at 78 Town St in Norwich Ct 06360. It was 8:56 pm, mer 101741order 74.
I didn’t see no gloves or mask on and I asked why wasn’t anyone wearing gloves or mask. The young lady had a nasty attiude and stated its not required. They dont have to. I wanted to say sonething back iand return all my food. There was many carss behind me so I just pulled off cuz my granddaughter was in the car. I threw the food in the garbage. I went to Burger King. This is ridiculous, I was very pist off and didn’t want to caise a scene in front of a child. I’ve been annoyed in regards of this matter due to the fact many young kids and adults don’t care. Then you want to do delivery to customers from different food places. Why even bother to do that if folks do not care. There was a manager there as well when I asked the question. Then you have a young lady making drinks with her mask under her chin and no gloves either. No one had on nothing as they was dealing with the food. I

Suggested solution:

Employees need to find a job elsewhere if they can't change the demeanor how they deal with customers and also COVID-19 is not a joke people are dying from this. Poor attitudes in regards of this matter is not right businesses at a time like this specifically. Your dealing with food. Everyone MUST be on the same page.
