My complaint:

Dear SirMadam ,
I have visited your McDonald outlet Lucky one on 9th September 2020 Order no: 242, time 9:00 pm (Mc Chicken qty 2 med size meal). The incident that took place was that there was barely any mayonnaise in it. Requested on the counter for this but the manager insisted that they will charge extra for this. On requesting several times, he send it back to the kitchen .
How come you are now charging extra for mayonnaise, tissue or ketchup. I request you kindly investigate and take action against the staff on duty.

This email would look irrelevant but the actual thing I want to point out about the attitude regarding getting more profits without concerning the brand actual theme regarding customers.
