My complaint:
We used the drive through yesterday as my son has autism and won’t go inside the restaurant. He only has the 4 nugget happy meal and another small fries . It was stone cold . He wouldn’t let me go back through to tell the staff as I’m unable to leave him unattended I couldn’t do anything. It’s happened before and I’ve complained but we’re still receiving cold food .
Suggested solution:
Speak to the staff as it’s not only us friends s as he family have had the same situation but because of my sons disability I can’t go in dns complain . We use the drive through every Thursday and Friday as it’s his routine . You could refund us our money as we will have to go again today and order exactly the same food
