My complaint:
On Tuesday even me n my partner went to McDonald’s on Gateshead stadium we waited to be served threw drive threw for abt 15 mins which with gov it’s understandable. We received our food I also got a latte to which I felt was like warm but I wasn’t to concerned as we started driving home my partner wanted some her food it was freezing cold so much so that the cheese wasn’t even melted it was cold and not nice then when we went to get our other food it was cold as well I tried to ring the store but was just ringing prob due to how busy they were I got threw she asked me to return food would give us a new meal at this point I wasn’t happy because there no way to come bk in store unless waiting in ques again which wasn’t willing to do so basically I wasted my money on 2 meals to be cold .and my triple cheese burger .I know it’s a hard time but yous are a fast food place n food should be hot I would be grateful even for a refund on my food .
