My complaint:
I have been given cold French fries, hash browns, and old sausage burritos on several occasions at this McDonalds.
I am about ready to stop eating there except they are the closest one to my home.
This morning I ordered 2 sausage burritos and a hash brown.
The hash brown was cold. Not even a little warm. One of the burritos was fine and the other appeared to me to have been made the day before. The tortilla was hard and the eggs were dried out. I couldn’t eat that one. I felt like going back to where I got it and show it to them. I have also been treated badly from one of the women there. This McDonald’s needs someone to get out there and clean this place up. I am sure that they are not following all of the food rules you set forth in your business practices. Really to bad because I do like the burritos but after today I may never return to get another one.
I’m sure you have had other complaints about this facility.
Suggested solution:
I am not looking for money. I just want to be able to feel comfortable that I am going to receive fresh hot food. Not cold and yesterdays burritos.
Resolve my complaint you ask.
Do something about it. It has to start with the managers not doing there job. As the say sh.t runs down hill.
