My complaint:
ive been getting coffee here for45 years and if your a coffee drinker you want it to taste right especially mc donalds it taste so good when done right
i believe that what they do is when they are running a new pot they stick the cup under to get it faster and dont let the whole pot run then when you get coffee later is is so weak you cant drink it i have has this problem beforeand seen them doing it can you please send out a memo telling them not to do this it happens alot on weekends and at night kids today dont drink coffee so they dont care or understand your coffee is my favorite
Suggested solution:
send memos to stores and train people right not to do this
