I went to the Drive through and waited at the place to give my order. Several Vehicles were proceeding through after giving their orders while I continued to wait and wait and wait.. Vehicles parked behind me showed their frustration at me by their gestures and sounding their horns.
Some actually reversed and entered the other lane and were served long before anyone came to the intercom machine to take my order.
I complained there with litter remorse or apology.
On arriving at the hatch to pay for my order I asked for the duty manager. After another five minute wait a young girl eventually came.
I explained the situation to her and told how long I had been left waiting at the intercom without and one taking my order. She said that she was sorry I wasted my time told me that that was, Change Over.
I said that it found that totally unacceptable as a customer having to watch ten vehicles move to be served before me.
She left dismissively saying, Well that’s all I can give you.
I am totally disgusted at this resemblance of a fast food outlet. The efficiency speed and customer care. To say it was lacking is an understatement.
As for the Manager’s method and attitude in dealing with a customer complaint was less than managerial standard in lesser establishments that alone an International Worldwide fast food chain.
Let me assure you I was not seeking or requesting anything extra and just simply wanted my order that I will always pay for.For your manager and representative of Mc Donalds to finish with such a statement suggesting that I was seeking anything else is both extremely rude and insulting.
Ensure that it doesn't happen to anyone else.....other than that you tell me.
