My complaint:
Did not serve up menu item correctly
overcharged for Big Breakfast w hotcakes.
Staff in rear was very unprofessional when questioned by me about my order.
I was approached by one female team member
who said calm down when I asked twice for the manager.
When the manager finally came…I was asked to swipe my card twice to issue the refund.
I was hoping that someone can b e more helpful.
