My complaint:
1st visit. Had to wait during a heat wave. In a parking spot as we went through Drive-through. After we waited about 1/2 hour we drove around drive- through. To ask were our order was to be told they didn’t do it and had to wait again. My son has depression and McDonald was a treat. It bought on a distress episode.
Suggested solution:
Get the order correct and follow through when they get an order that has been paid for they should get it swiftly and make sure it’s correct.
