My complaint:
I bought a strawberry milkshake that didn’t even taste of strawberry plus there was brown looking liquid in it and it was not chocolate flavour either, I was driving at the time, I had a few sips of it but it wasn’t right, I pulled into a lay-by tipped some out and that’s when I see the brown liquid, it was vile.
I bought a big Mc meal from there only last week, the meal was barely warm but again I was travelling, I ate it but wasn’t enjoyable.

However THEY think they should resolve it
