My complaint:
On Saturday December 30th 2023 and alliance Nebraska the only McDonald’s there me and my family went there and we were in the Drive-Thru and there was a guy at the first window he had his hoodie on which you’re not supposed to have cuz I weren’t used to work at McDonald’s and very unhygienic and he flipped me off and I was up very upset and when we got to the second window well at first window after he flipped me off he slammed the window before we could even say anything to him and so he went to the second window ask for the manager and the girl at the window had her hair out of her hat no she didn’t even have a hat on she just had her hair out which is very unhygienic very dirty and we told her that the guy was very rude and put me up for no reason and the manager came and he could not give us his name because he said he couldn’t which was nonsense and I was told to call the customer complaint line it’s like this is the second altercation with the same worker if he does not like his job they need to fire him or put him in the back where he doesn’t have customer service issues if you don’t have customer service skills which you’re supposed to have when you work there which I work there he does not have those they’re rude they’re very inconsiderate and the food was cold and no one did anything about my complaint and no one should be having to deal with that going through McDonald’s and I just feel very disrespected and I don’t know what kind of a complaint to put against them at this point I feel discriminated because I am Hispanic and native American they are all of Caucasian race in that McDonald’s they were rude they’re always rude to native Americans when they come through there always and I think that they really need to buckle down and instead of just writing up their workers they need a fire them because that’s that’s totally not dignified at all and I’m so unsatisfied with their service there so please if somebody can get back to me let me know what I can do because I don’t think that his actions were justified at all they said I pretty much lied and said that they were on the cameras but my parents were both witnesses to see him flipping flipping me off for no reason and that’s so unprofessional and I have been upset since Saturday and it is not Monday January 1st 2024 I thought racism was like dying but I guess not to live and well in alliance Nebraska very disappointed
Suggested solution:
This is been the second issue with the same worker at a different time but it was the same worker I don't think he should be working there at the window he should be fired because I do not feel I do not feel safe going to the McDonald's ever again they have ruined my experience
