My complaint:
I am a key worker I get 20mins break I ordered a breakfast and waited 16mins while they seemed to be consentrating on the drive through and the pick up orders 2 people who came in after me got served before me. I also wanted to order on the app to get 30% off but the WiFi is rubbish. I have a blue light card but you seem to think that only NHS workers are worth
