My complaint:
We went to McDonald’s? We went through the drive through ordered? 1 Slushy and 4 Mcflurrys and we got are order and the Mcflurrys just had a little bit in there? So we left and I decided to call and complain so we went back in and they made them again and they were the Same so my boyfriend told me to take them back in and tell them we aren’t still happy with are order so I did and the lady told me there is nothing she can do about it? I said u can make them the right way and she keeped telling me no thats what they are suppose to be? So I said so u won’t fix them and she refused so I said I will get ahold of the district office and she said they won’t do anything and I said they won’t we will see? She says as I am walking out the door she didn’t need to call names
Suggested solution:
I think we should get better respect when going back too McDonald's? We Also should get some from u guys? For not getting are Order right? Not getting nice Service from the Employer?
