My complaint:
I ordered Mac Donald’s online 22.01.21 at 6.15 and I didn’t receive it until 2 hours later! The restaurant went offline and I was ringing the restaurant and couldn’t get through it was busy, went through to just eat and they said Mac Donald’s was offline and il get my food ASAP! This service is awful and they need to be told why take orders if they are going to keep people waiting over 2 hours!
Suggested solution:
I want this looked into and a reason why from the restaurant!
