My complaint:

I called to inquire about an order not received from DoorDash and spoke to Claudia. I explained that my order was showing delivered but I hadn’t received it. She then gave the phone to a male that told me he was busy because it was rush hour at 1300. I asked him for his name he told me he was busy, refused his name and hung up. I called back to find out he is the Manager, Kendrick and he was now in a meeting and unavailable. I asked for a regional director name and contact info. He said he did not know who it was and didn’t have a number. I asked him if he has a number for DoorDash and he told me to use Google. This customer service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a consumer inquiring about an order. I am disappointed by the service and incompetence of someone you designated as a Leader. I will never patronize this establishment again and will advise others to do the same.

Suggested solution:

Refund my order and terminate employment of Kendrick.
