My complaint:
Service is getting slower and slower. Sandwiches are poorly made and service is unbelievably slow. I stopped in at noon today. There were six to seven customers waiting to be served. After waiting for a few minutes, I was told that the waiting time was 45 min. I asked why the long wait when basically no customers were in the store. The worker told me that they had too many call-in orders. They were spending their time with calls-in and not with walk-ins. From this trip and others to this store, I believe that they do not have enough help. Never encountered this type of poor service at other McAlisters. If the service stays poor like it is here in Rome, I believe the store will close. And I would hate to see that happen.
