My complaint:

I have a severe case of celiac disease. I placed an online order but still called the location for further instructions. Always before, I have been treated with respect when I have asked for the employees to change their gloves and wash their hands.

If this isn’t done, there could be cross contamination as gluten can be transferred from glove to glove without washing. AND I always ask for my food to be sacked separately from another order going to my location at work. BUT, this time the person gave me such an attitude that I didn’t want to argue with her further about sacking separately.

If that is not done I could become sick and possibly have to go to the ER. Yes, i know that a potato is gluten free, BUT it is the handling of the food that causes contamination and illness for me. With your employee giving me what I call a nasty attitude I was not able to ask for separate sacking. Crackers were placed at the bottom of the sack directly touching my container with the potato. Something like this can make me sick.

I don’t feel comfortable calling or ordering from this location again. I’m sure I am not your only customer who has this problem.

Suggested solution:

Teach your employees how to react positively to customers who have extremely serious allergies.
