My complaint:
I placed an order on 12/14 to use my free bday cookie coupon I received via email. I ordered Ahead. I placed my order at exactly 8:58am and the restaurant doesn’t open until 10:30am. I did that so that it could already be done and in hopes that I would receive by my Lunch break. I also used an $11 E-GC I had for McAlister’s as well. So 12 noon ish rolls around. I had to call the store a couple times before getting an answer and once I got someone, she just said oh well your order is here and ready and we don’t deliver. So I asked well do you think it will be delivered anytime soon? She said she didn’t know so I asked her to cancel the order. I received an email within the next hour saying that the delivery for my order was cancelled but nothing pertaining to my refund. I have yet to receive my refund and today is 12/21/2023
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund and a gift card for the terrible service and lack of communication.
