My complaint:
I waited at the counter for 15 minutes just to order as the manager was literally the only person working in the store. The wait for my food after ordering was reasonable. But then I got home, opened my food had a regular Caesar salad when I was suppose to have a chicken Caesar. Then I open my potato to find there is no butter anywhere no sour cream which I ordered extra of.
I called store twice as soon as i got home realized this but the phone just kept ringing – I’m guessing because no one but the manager was working so there was no one to answer the phone.
Suggested solution:
Half my money back or the same order free next time because I love their food but will not be back if nothing is done.
