McAlisters Deli complaint: Food preparation

My complaint:

I received my wrap and found a very long grey/darkish hair inside. I tried taking a picture but it wouldn’t show up on camera.

Suggested solution:

Inform the store of the issue and possibly a refund on the wrap.
