My complaint:

I did a online order for McAlister’s in Reston Louisiana at 10:30 a.m. it was supposed to be delivered a quarter mile down the road from the deli to my husband for his lunch break by 11:30 I spoke with a Dasher that was there to pick the order up at 11:01 she waited and waited she couldn’t wait any longer so she on his side another Dasher went it was 11:30 the order still had not been gave to the Dasher and the Dasher also said that no one was a knowledge in that she was there to pick the order up so she had to unassign I had to drive 30 minutes from town to pick that order up and take it to my husband I tried to do it online because I was sick and did not feel like driving to town so not only did I lose the delivery fee but I also had to put more money in it for the gas to get there and back and my husband also missed his lunch break I got there to pick the order up and the manager took 5 minutes to get up front to talk to me and all she kept saying was we fixed it we fixed it well obviously they didn’t fix it because the dashers had been sitting there for a good 45 minutes waiting on it so after 2 hours of the order being placed my husband finally got his food and was late returning back to work from lunch

Suggested solution:

They should definitely give me my delivery feedback but as well they should give me a full refund because when she did go back there and make the food it was just slap together and if I could give a negative 000 that's exactly what I would give them
