My complaint:
We have issues with the visuals on our camera since their software update We have marketed 3D extensively to our clients and we are facing reputational damage and it is now day 4 and we are getting no response from the helpline. We have even posted a message on their FB page and through messenger
Suggested solution:
I would like someone senior to contact me so that we can resolve urgently. We have an important shoot today, and it is going to be a disaster if we don’t get this resolved. So it is URGENT.
