My complaint:
Top was faulty stitching coming away and told them I had it on when walking pass a fan when the wind caught it to blow up in the air and I notice the fault .she kept saying i had caught it in the fan explained it again by this time customers were looking at me .It was the only time I have ever brought anything back faulty if this is the way you treat loyal customers then I won’t be shopping there again.I felt intimated and by law all fan have a grill on them so there no way it could have got caught in it .With a lot more explaining i got my money back to buy exactly the same top .I have worked in retail for 34 years and know a stitching fault.
Suggested solution:
Listen to me in the first place and be more professional in front of other paying customers.The last thing Matalan needs is customers feeling uncomfortable when bringing faulty goods back.
