Complaint: Unlawful subscription debits against my credit card

My complaint:

I have taken up a free trial period subscription with Kayo Sports who granted permission to cancel within two weeks, but I cancelled the very next day. I have also cancelled with them on two other occasions and no matter how hard I try to re the cancellation with their web site, the web site won’t let you log in to your cancellation. I have also cancelled with the company who collects the subscriptions, but the subscriptions are still collected as indicated below:

This seems to be a common problem as can be seen from 512 complaints on the following website:

I have never signed any debit authority with them, but like so many complainants, their accounts were debited against their will, after they have cancelled their free subscriptions. Please find attached below a copy of the email I sent them.

Can you please cancel any debit order of which I am not aware of and for which I never granted permission for to the following two bodies with immediate effect:

Kayo sports
