My complaint:
Hello! My card was charged without my will. I informed my bank about unauthorized transaction the same day. Card issuing bank informed me that it filed a complain and MC refused to satisfy it later. I contacted a company received the unauthorized charge. The company informed me that they returned the money and my banл will return the money. My banл is not going to return the money.

Suggested solution:
I would like MC to inform me about the situation with this money and how can I get them back. If my bank was wromg with making a dispute, please send me ation of that fact. I am going to sue my bank for not insuring the safety of my money.
