My complaint:
I am from Zimbabwe,they is company operating Mastercard called Econet Zimbabwe(Ecocash).if you a client receive a refund or transfer to Mastercard, will not get .I am one of the victims.i have lost my 576USD
Suggested solution:
The company econet Zimbabwe (Ecocash),may Mastercard assist me to recover my money and for the company to keep rules and regulations of Mastercard and not do robbery using Mastercard
