My complaint:
I ordered online May 202020. I phoned Mastercard to refund my money because I did not receive my product. They told me they would investigate phoned back today July 152020 they said they now going to send out a complaint form for me to fill out. They also told me they sent one out on Jun 302020 which I did not get. I told the girl that the last girl said they were going to investigate the matter themselves. I asked to email the complaint form she said that they mail it out only, I find this very disturbing that your charge company makes you go through all these hoops and at no time holds the other company responsible. I can see alot of fraudulent actions that are getting away this type of action. I will not be shopping online because Mastercard policy helps get away with fraudulent actions
