My complaint:
I purchased airline tickets for myself and my daughter shortly after my wife’s death. These were with Virgin Atlantic. Covid19 had begun and I was due to travel on the 13th March, but was advised by my doctor not to travel due to being diabetic (I have a letter ing this). On the 14th March the following day President Trump stopped all flights between the UK and USA. Up to now Virgin Atlantic have refused to issue me with a refund in the sum of £1,034.04
