My complaint:
Lack or change of taste.
I have been a loyal Marlboro smoker since the late 50s. First the reds eventually going to tell silver 100s. The last carton I bought I noticed that no matter how hard I drew on them could not taste.
My niece suggested I try tapping the tobacco end and that works somewhat.
My question is twofold.
1..have you changed the process of making them or
2..did I get a bad carton?
Suggested solution:
If you're using a new process. Just tell me and I will try another brand.
If it's a bad batch you should sd me a coupon for a carton
