My complaint:
I opened a pack of Marlboro red 100s and there is a small hole or tear in the rolling paper very close to the filter in every cigarette in the pack, I brought them back to the store and they said they can’t help me because I opened it.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement for a new pack or a coupon for a free pack
