My complaint:
I ordered a big box or Marlboro gold with multiple packs in and was suprised to see that half of the ciggarettes in the box were empty , I’ve been using this company for about 5 years now and I’m not happy with the service
Suggested solution:
I would like either a refund or the 5 bpxes of ciggarettes back that was ruined
