My complaint:
Dear Marlboro,
I was a heavy smoker for years. I like above all other brands. I took the time to fill this complaint because i care for the compagny. recently i wanted to stop smoking so i ve bought a box of Marlboro edge. it happens that while i m taking a cigarette out of the pack the filter was detached from the rest of the cigarette and it happened twice. i was shocked that we are in 2021 and we still have mistakes like this in fabrication. I hope that you will find a way to have a better quality control because i care about this compagny.
