My complaint:
I bought 2 packs of your Marlboro. Hands down, this the only kind I smoke. However. As we all know, smoking is a very expressive habit and I cannot afford to buy something I am not able to use. I’m feeling that I might purchase another pack or two that are defective. I normally purchase by the carton. I am so glad that I didn’t do so this timem. Are you going to stand by your product?!How can I be sure this was an abnormal coincidence and not the slacking of your employees? Or worse, New measures to reduce the cost of productions?

A refund and a plan of action to prevent this from happening again. Whatever, your compensation is, reflects on how much customer loyalty means to you and your sense of loyalty to your customers.
